Blake J. • July 20, 2016The view at night. No cars, no sound save for the electric beauty below. The drive back to 101 S is awe-inspiring with the narrow canyon roads and architecturally diverse homes
Jack • January 22, 2013Come to start your day, come to read and study, come to hang out and stay for sunset with your dogs.
Andrew S. • August 6, 2016Superb views of LA. Lots of traffic & tour buses. Great to visit early a.m. or later p.m. to beat crowds
Chris C. • January 5, 2021Quintessential LA. You absolutely cannot beat that view, it feels so otherworldly up here. Both secluded and full of energy. You'd always see locals and tourists alike pondering life at this spot.
Krishona C. • August 19, 2013Although a plane takes off every 5 minutes still a nice quiet family beach with plenty of free street parking.
Jeroen S. • April 28, 2013Incredible views of the entire city at sunrise. Park is open from sunrise until sunset.
Matt R. • April 13, 2016On a clear day awesome views of DTLA and beyond...I like to climb on the rocks
South Park i. • May 16, 2011Great place to hike to
Steve M. • August 9, 2014Plenty of parking, food, chairs for rent. Also if you forget an umbrella, boogie board, sand bucket and shovels or some fresh cut up mango or melon, there are people selling it up and down the beach.
Charlinda B. • November 14, 2018When you get to the top walk the road and get a 360 view. You can see the Hollywood sign and the houses are beautiful. It’s a nice calm quiet break not far from the annoying touristy areas.
Matt R. • June 18, 2017Along with Angels Point this is one on the best lookout points at Elysian Park. Great views of DTLA so have your camera handy!
Sarah B. • August 24, 2013If driving on Mulholland, try to stop at as many overlooks as you can! The view is always different but always breathtaking!!
@sloane • October 3, 2013Beautiful hiking at any time but I highly recommend a weekday if you can swing it. You'll have the trails practically to yourself.
Larry L. • August 18, 2013Once you find parking, the walk is very nice and depending on what time of the day, great for people watching.
Anthony R. • December 14, 2015This is a hidden gem in LA, right at the top of Coldwater Canyon and Mulholland. There are some really cool trails and a spot with picnic tables, that you could bring lunch or a coffee and hang out.
